Meet the Editor: Fiona

About Me:

Hi there! I’m Fiona, and I’m thrilled to be part of Page Perfect Edits team. Sometimes known as a grammar officer, reading and writing has always been a passion of mine, something that naturally came out in various jobs until I realised this need to be my actual job! I’ve been editing professionally since 2020 and have completed a post-graduate qualification in editing and publishing to supplement my knowledgebase. I have also recently taken up book design and as such I am also working on interiors and cover designs. Watch this space for Page Perfect Designs! for a few books.

I am particularly excited by stories that challenge conventions and push boundaries. I love strong character development, immersive world-building, and plots that keep readers on the edge of their seats. Whether it’s a poignant coming-of-age tale or an intricate historical narrative, I’m eager to discover new and exciting voices.

I can read a Colleen Hoover book within two days, but I always seem to forget the titles of the ones I’ve read.

Fun Facts:

·        I was born on Friday the 13th but don’t let that put you off!

·        I love Korean food. Korean restaurants are always my first choice when eating out.

·        A bit of a travel junkie, I’ve backpacked across Asia from the streets of Seoul to the beaches of Thailand to the jungle of Indonesia. Europe is next on my radar.
